THE ROLE
If you apply successfully for this job, you will be responsible for sales of our Baking enzymes in Southeast Asia. As part of your role you will function as the primary interface between AB Enzymes and existing and prospective customers in this territory.
This is a varied role but the main responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales objectives and KPIs with the key accounts and distributors where the key focus is on revenue growth
- Building sustainable long-term relationships based upon multi-level contacts such as senior management, purchasing, operations, quality control, R&D, and application management
- Identifying, creating, prioritizing, and converting new sales opportunities
- Account planning, sales analysis, deal executions, and sales forecasting
- Collecting and analysing market information in target growth segments
- Connecting customers’ technical functions and AB Enzymes’ technical support closely
- Being a key team member of the Asia Pacific and global Baking teams
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a customer focused outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You bring proven leadership skills and you are a team-player.
Furthermore you possess:
- In-depth knowledge and experience from in Baking industry
- A degree in Food Science, Chemistry and/or Biotechnology
- 5-10 years of B-B sales or technical support experience in Baking industry
- Ability to identify and evaluate key opportunities by understanding market drivers, customer needs and growth potential
- Willingness and capability to travel 50-60% of the time in the SEA region. This position is home-based and location is open in SEA
