Position: WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATION PERSONNEL

Job Type: 40hrs/ week

Location: Loyang, East Singapore

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be based in warehouse facility in Loyang as logistics base, minor fabrication and warehousing, as well as welding training school. We are looking for a self-motivated individual for the following responsibilities:


* General role description:

o Support Warehouse Facility Management and workshop personnel

o Office administration, filing/ organization of all transactional documents

o Receive guests/ clients, vendors or subcontractors according to established guideline

o Answer and direct phone calls, field and monitor enquiries from the facility users and liaise with manager for solution

o Support operational needs including but not limited to supply chain activities, utilities and services support, general HR support, logistics support

o Crewing administration

o Adhere to established guidelines on HSEQ, maintain safe and healthy work environment

The primary work location will be in Loyang, Singapore and occasionally in Orange Delta HQ Office (CBD area) or other sites as required.


EXPERIENCE

* Minimum 3 years experience in similar role, preferably within the marine and offshore industry

* Familiarity with local (Singapore) and industry HSEQ requirements is preferred


SKILLS

* Proficient in MSOffice or Office365 skills (outlook, excel, word)

* Organised and neat

* Excellent English verbal and written communication
