Our client is one of the leading market players in the real estate industry, with a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, residential, logistics and industrial properties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage cash, loans, foreign exchange, interest rate hedging requirements and compliance for the REIT.
- Procure any financing requirement for the REITs, including negotiation with financial institiution.
- Maintain exisiting and develop new banking relationships.
- Monitor and review financial covenants on debt facilities, including green facilities.
- Track all funding requirements and provide treasury support whenever required, for the REIT's investment and divestment activities.
- Manage the REIT's liquidity / cash position, including preparing cash flow forecast and working with local finance teams to optimize cash balances.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy/Banking/Business/Economics/Finance
- Minimum 6 years of relevant treasury experience, in a in real estate or REIT.
- Familiar with debt capital markets, loan / ISDA documentation and financial analysis / modelling are added advantage.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office with advanced MS Excel skills.
- Other key attributes include excellent communications skills, good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to $9,000 + variable bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
