Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate all architectural works that tie with the master schedule
- Report to the project lead on any technical / site issues pertaining to architectural works and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors on architectural works technical matters, work progression and quality of works.
- Coordinate all architectural drawings, works and materials; report discrepancies in construction drawings.
- Supervise and coordinate the progress of architectural works to ensure the works are carried out in accordance to specification / drawing and is delivered on time with quality, while safety regulations / WSH provisions are complied with.
- Report to the project lead on the progress of architectural work.
- Attend meeting with consultants and provide technical solutions.
- Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval.
- Any related tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in LTA - MRT or any Civil Infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity
- Excellent verbal and written English language
- Independent, resulted-oriented and self-driven team player with good communication skills
