Job Info:
Salary: Basic up to $4500 + Transport Allowance $100 + AWS + VB
Working Time: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm)
Location: Bendemeer
Responsibilities:
- Execute General Ledger accounting tasks.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Compute and report GST.
- Manage local tax compliance.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, liaise with vendors/customers.
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations.
- Provide reports to the Manager.
Requirements:
- Accounting degree or equivalent qualification, certified accountant.
- Minimum 4 years in accounting and finance.
- Proficient in Singapore accounting processes.
- Familiar with Singapore Companies Act, Cap 50, and IFRS.
- Manage tasks efficiently, meet tight deadlines.
- Expert in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables, functions).
- Familiarity with computerized accounting systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience in handling full set of accounts.
