Job Description

1. Research and Analysis:

· Market Research: Understand the market, competitors, and target audience.

· SWOT Analysis: Identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats

2. Planning:

· Objective Setting: Define what the campaign intends to achieve (e.g., increase brand awareness, generate leads, boost sales).

· Budgeting: Allocate financial resources for various campaign activities.

· Strategy Development: Determine the overall approach, including messaging, channels, and tactics.

· Target Audience: Clearly define the target demographic or audience personas.

3. Campaign Development:

· Creative Development: Create the content and designs for the campaign (ads, social media posts, email templates, landing pages, etc.).

· Media Planning: Decide on the distribution channels (digital, print, broadcast, social media, etc.) and schedule for releasing campaign materials.

· Technology and Tools: Set up the necessary tools for campaign execution (e.g., email automation, social media management tools, analytics platforms).

4. Execution:

· Campaign Launch: Release the campaign materials according to the planned schedule.

· Monitoring: Keep an eye on the campaign's performance in real-time to make adjustments as needed.

5. Measurement and Analysis:

· Data Collection: Gather data from various sources (website, social media, sales figures, etc.).

· Analysis: Evaluate the campaign's performance against the set objectives using metrics like ROI, conversion rates, engagement rates, etc.

· Reporting: Compile the findings into a report for stakeholders.

6. Optimization and Follow-up:

· Optimization: Make adjustments to improve campaign performance based on the analysis.

· Retargeting: Implement strategies to re-engage audiences who showed interest but did not convert.

· Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve future campaigns.

7. Post-Campaign Review:

· Lessons Learned: Discuss what worked well and what didn't with the team.

· Future Planning: Apply insights to future marketing strategies and campaigns.



Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
  • Good communication and networking skills
  • Understand commercial trends & marketing strategies
  • Team player and able to work under pressure & fast pace
  • Excelletn interpersonal skills
