Operations cum Business Manager(Cleaning or Hotel) - $3000 to $5000
Job Responsibilities : -
.Maintain good relationships with clients and handle enquires & feedbacks from clients
.Prepare tender documents, quotation, service agreements and contracts for cleaning operations
.Sourcing and secure new Cleaning services contracts
.Oversee the operations & Manpower Planning
.Act as a communication conduct between hotel management and staffs deployed at sites
.Able to train, motivate and encourage the staffs deployed at sites
