Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance by contractors.
- Provide the necessary technical expertise and know-how in the support and management of day-to-day building maintenance and operations.
- Manage outsource vendors and ensure breakdown & feedback are resolved in a timely & effective manner according to SLA.
- Check on vendor works, sign service report and follow up on corrective maintenance.
- Ensure feedback and breakdowns are registered inside building operations system so that they are tracked till completion.
- Conduct periodic inspection on the system functionality, performance, and abnormalities.
- Check M&E services during handing over and taking over of units.
- Support tenancy fit-out and sub-division works.
Requirements
- Higher Nitec/ Nitec in Facility Management, Building Service, Real Estate, Engineering.
- Willing to commit to shift work (including Sat, Sun and Public Holidays)
