Job Responsibilities:
- Manage interface for the design and construction of the project
- Be in charge of the design approval process and TFP/TOP process
- Be responsible for all coordination work of civil, architectural, and System-Wide Contractors (SWC)s
- Manage project coordinators relating to civil/structural, architectural and M&E
- Manage coordination work with sub-contractor
Job Requirements :
- Possess a recognised Degree in Civil & Structural, Architectural, and/or E&M Building Services
- At least 8 years experience in the construction industry managing large-scale civil and infrastructure projects, particularly LTA projects
- Possess knowledge of BIM/DGN/AutoCAD
- Understands design management and can review shop drawings
