Job Description

  • Handling of accounting functions inclusive but not limited to Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations
  • Maintain cash book, petty cash and prepare payments
  • Liaise with Project Managers and to update project status to ensure bilings to clients are on time and align wiht project milestones
  • Process Employee claims (Medical, Travel and etc.)
  • Assist with GST submission
  • Liaise with auditor &tax agent for financial reporting documents
  • Assist in banking-related matters
  • Processing payroll via HRMS system
  • and any other assigned accounting related duties

Requirement

  • Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications
  • Preferably with minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint)
  • Familiar with Payroll software such as MYOB
