Job Description
- Handling of accounting functions inclusive but not limited to Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations
- Maintain cash book, petty cash and prepare payments
- Liaise with Project Managers and to update project status to ensure bilings to clients are on time and align wiht project milestones
- Process Employee claims (Medical, Travel and etc.)
- Assist with GST submission
- Liaise with auditor &tax agent for financial reporting documents
- Assist in banking-related matters
- Processing payroll via HRMS system
- and any other assigned accounting related duties
Requirement
- Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications
- Preferably with minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint)
- Familiar with Payroll software such as MYOB
