Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to increase online visibility, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce and other online sales channels.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage and maintain our online store platform, ensuring all product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales and e-commerce initiatives.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to online shopping.
- Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience across all online touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze shop performance and generate reports on key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best e-commerce practices, and make recommendations for improvements and innovation.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising and social media promotions, to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback to maintain a positive brand image and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
