Responsibilities
- Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems
- Define new product (machine) requirement, application and machine specification
- Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions
- Estimate budget and scope of project
- Coordinate fabrication and electrical on machine loading schedule and delivery commitments
- Support commissioning/ site related activities
- Assist and maintain communication with the client in all Process Engineering & Technical matters
- Prepare Technical Specifications and Operating Manuals for WWT Systems, participate and present in customer meetings
- Provide technical support to sales and marketing, design, maintenance/ repair/ overhaul (MRO), and etc enquiry
- Participate in R&D on product roadmap and customization design

- Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
- The capacity to explain, apply and innovate engineering solutions
- Effective communication skills both technical and in layman’s terms
- The ability to work in team settings and be an effective team member, and also to work independently
- Leadership and management qualities

Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Environmental Engineering
- 2 to 5 years of working experience in machine design and development
- Experience in general/ food waste recycling sector will be a plus
- Able to travel overseas when required
