NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health) is an NTUC social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and elderly care services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. Building on more than five decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest senior day care, nursing home, and home personal care providers in Singapore. We also offer other services for seniors such as active ageing centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered senior group home. In addition, we run a chain of dental clinics and a family medicine clinic.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stay up to date with NTUC Healths services to Provide suitable service recommendations
- Understand and evaluate needs of current and prospective customers, promote the value of NTUC Health services, and facilitate enrolment to these services via phone and email enquiries
- Work closely with other services and divisions in NTUC Health to jointly manage customer enquiries and applications, and any service feedback
- Track and monitor customers enquiries and feedback from all channels
- Support the training of a new generative AI tool to achieve a high accuracy rate (i.e. auditing generated replies)
- Organise and participate in roadshows to promote NTUC Health services
- Strong in written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful and meticulous
- Patient and enjoy working with seniors
- Tech savvy and familiar with digital systems (e.g. Google Workspace)
- Any prior experience in the healthcare or community care sector is appreciated.
