Position Overview

The new headcount is to support ITBM ServiceNow solution in development and maintenance standpoint. The resource will help in expanding ServiceNow Implementation and capabilities to clusters and for Synapxe departments too. The resource will also support in deployment enhancements and address defects in ITBM, IRM, ITSM and other modules of platform.This is an operational project to support ServiceNow ITBM and IRM implementations. The resource will be involved in L2 and L3 activities supporting defect fixes resolution. Also work on BAU to deploy enhancements on the existing modules. The activities also include supporting the platform on patches and upgrades to ensure compliance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement ServiceNow SPM features and other related modules as per requirement
  • Work with other module leads/resources to meet provide best in class implementations
  • Delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions following best practices
  • Ensure the incidents and requests is answered/resolved within required SLA
  • Support patching/upgrade requirements of the ServiceNow Platform
  • Build enhanced User experience features such as Service portal, Mobility, Workspaces, VA, NLU etc
  • Support operational requirements such as User access management, PAM, license management etc
  • Engage with stakeholder in collecting requirements, providing OOTB demo, supporting user acceptance testing and user training
  • Support production rollout and release process
  • Support team to keep ServiceNow platform secured
  • Support code review with peers
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven ServiceNow technical experience of minimum 4 years
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and Implementation experience of ServiceNow best practices
  • Demonstrate working experience with SPM module of the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience of other modules (e.g. ITSM, IRM, ITOM, AI Ops etc) preferred
  • Minimum of system admin certification required in ServiceNow. Additional implementation certifications is a plus
  • Expertise in building Service Portal and Performance analytics dashboards
  • Deep knowledge in various integration methods available on ServiceNow platform
  • Hands on experience with JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, CSS and HTML
  • Experience in Angular JS, jQuery, Node.js and Apache Jelly
