Job Description
- Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to lawyers.
- Filing of documents, preparation of meeting materials and other service documents.
- Perform secretarial and general administrative duties including updating various records & replying to correspondence/emails/faxes/billings, etc.
- Provide administrative support on day-to-day matters such as keying in daily time sheets and preparing up payment vouchers for lawyers.
- Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
Qualifications
- Minimum an Diploma in any related field or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of administrative working experience.
- Working experience under disputes/litigation team in a law firm
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good work and learning attitude
- Team player
- IT savvy, proficient in MS Office, with good typing speed.
