Job Description

  • Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to lawyers.
  • Filing of documents, preparation of meeting materials and other service documents.
  • Perform secretarial and general administrative duties including updating various records & replying to correspondence/emails/faxes/billings, etc.
  • Provide administrative support on day-to-day matters such as keying in daily time sheets and preparing up payment vouchers for lawyers.
  • Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum an Diploma in any related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years of administrative working experience.
  • Working experience under disputes/litigation team in a law firm
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good work and learning attitude
  • Team player
  • IT savvy, proficient in MS Office, with good typing speed.
