Mediacorp SocialHub is a cutting-edge social and influencer marketing platform and regional agency that is part of Singapore's largest media network. We are on the hunt for a Senior Social Media Analyst who can elevate our data-driven influencer marketing campaigns across the region. Our unique influencer impact scoring system is revolutionizing how brands engage with our expansive network of influencers across APAC. Here's your chance to be part of something transformative!
Responsibilities
- Co-create and lead the implementation of an influencer marketing strategy framework for a team of social media strategists and project managers
- Enhance our influencer marketing impact scoring system and work closely with data analysts to grow its application
- Drive social listening, managing, and executing social media campaigns, including taking over clients' social media accounts and boosting posts
- Act as the creative thought leader, ensuring that the team delivers effective and engaging social media campaigns that reflect our standards
- Serve as a strategic soundboard to the product and data analysis teams, providing insights that lead to product improvements and new feature development
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media analytics and/or influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, and the local nuances across the region
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
