Job Opportunity: Coordinator/Call Agent/Customer Care


Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include handling incoming calls from external sources promptly and professionally, reflecting the high standards of the hotel and brand.


Working days :Mon 830am - 530pm,Sat 830am-12.30pm

Off days :public holidays will be off

OT :no over time require

Working location :Aljunied


Key Tasks:

  • Accurately process both incoming and outgoing calls with courtesy.
  • Record and manage follow-up calls efficiently.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to page guests.
  • Respond promptly to guest queries and requests, addressing them by name whenever possible.
  • Handle guest needs and report complaints to the Telephone Supervisor.
  • Maintain awareness of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers.
  • Daily reporting on the logbook.
