Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include handling incoming calls from external sources promptly and professionally, reflecting the high standards of the hotel and brand.
Working days :Mon 830am - 530pm,Sat 830am-12.30pm
Off days :public holidays will be off

Key Tasks:
- Accurately process both incoming and outgoing calls with courtesy.
- Record and manage follow-up calls efficiently.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to page guests.
- Respond promptly to guest queries and requests, addressing them by name whenever possible.
- Handle guest needs and report complaints to the Telephone Supervisor.
- Maintain awareness of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers.
- Daily reporting on the logbook.
