Responsibilities:
- Ensure reception area is neat and in order
- Receive guests and connect them with the appropriate party
- Answer calls & Assisting colleagues for room reservation
- Ensuring pantry is kept clean and tidy at all time
- Replenishment of pantry supplies
- Check & Tracking of stocks for stationary
- Arrange printing of business cards
- Recording & filing of invoices
- Issue Purchase Order for rental fee of office premises in system
- Filing & matching of consignment notes
- Keep all the warranty cards (new item purchased) in the folder
- Preventive Maintenance
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any field
- Min 2-3 years of working experience
- Prior experience working in a MNC will be an advantage
