Job Title: Accounts Executive
We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our team. It is a fast-paced work environment with many opportunities for career growth. Candidate should be able to converse fluently in English. It will be a 5.5-day work week with an alternate Saturday off.
Job Description:
· Partial account AR/AP (Local Trade Transactions)
· Track and post receipts from Customer.
· Issue Credit note to Customer.
. Control, Monitoring and follow up invoice and Delivery order with internal and external parties. (Driver Excel)
· Prepare and post journal entries
· Reconcile, Monitoring and posting for E-commerce Commission.
· Prepare short load / short pack goods Report
· Reconciliation of customer payment to subledger.
. Internal bank fund transfer.
· Liaise with stakeholders on their queries and resolve issues
· Assist in FP&A and treasury work
· Assist with adhoc duties when required
Job Requirements
· Diploma in Accountancy
· At least 2 years of relevant experience in full sets of accounting
· 5.5-day work week
· Ability to adapt to local SME practices
· Highly proficient in SAP and MS Excel
· Pro-active and positive attitude in a multicultural environment
· Good ability to communicate in spoken and written English
· Immediate starters preferred
Qualification: Polytechnic / ITE graduate
Work Timing: 08:30 am to 6 pm (Mon to Fri), 08 am to 12.30 pm ( alternate Saturday’s on shift basis)
