As a member in the application maintenance team for a client through a staff augmentation model, we supplement core skillsets to the client to ensure client’s core system proceeds to operate during its lifecycle by providing investigation and fixes into areas of where the system may have failed to perform as required. Acting as subject matter experts for resources with long tenure proves to be extremely valued by the client due to retains domain knowledge. Providing our expertise in technology given that we have access to tech knowledge where the client may not.
The ideal candidate should have experience in:
• Requirements Gathering, Design Analysis, Development, Testing Support, and Deployment
• Handling Production Support and activities
• Working with stakeholders
