Minimum experience of 4 to 6 Years
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
Helping on software or hardware upgrades.
Installing the Applications, Software’s on End user devices.
Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
Exposure on SDM tools like SCCM, Tanium, End Point Central, KACE is added advantage.
Working on Banking Infrastructure Environment is an Additional Advantage.
Knowledge on Windows Server 2012/2016.
Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
Troubleshooting hardware, software issues, Network Connectivity issues. Responding to client support requests.
