Responsibilities:
- Ensuring buildings’ operation
- Plan Schedule of preventive maintenance works, and cleaning works
- Liaise with technicians and contractors to ensure proper maintenance of building
- Monitor schedule and work progress
- Process and attend to work order requests, complaints of building service disruptions
- Provide a broad range of administrative support including; documentation and maintaining up to date suppliers/ work progress/ maintenance and servicing schedule lists
Requirements:
- Professional Cert/ NiTEC
- Min. of 5 years relevant experience
- A hands-on person and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and resourceful
