Accounting Management:
- Execute full-spectrum Accounts Payable & Receivable duties promptly.
- Ensure timely preparation of management and statutory reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Handle invoicing, account transactions, and monthly SOA, maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborate with company secretary, third-party agents, and professional advisors.
- Monitor budget, credit, and cash flow, ensuring internal controls and audits are rigorously followed.
- Conduct timely monthly closings and manage inter-company transactions.
- Generate sales invoices, official receipts, and maintain fixed asset records.
- Prepare monthly profit & loss schedules and corporate tax computations.
HR Administration:
- Oversee full HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, Work Pass matters, and employee records.
- Prepare employment contracts and miscellaneous HR correspondences.
- Stay updated on labor laws, ensuring company compliance.
- Assist in updating employee records in the HR system.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficient in general accounting systems.
- Able to communicate in English & Chinese language to coordinate and handle queries from Chinese speaking counterparts in regards with the development of market content matters
- Mature, self-motivated, and independent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-department collaboration.
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
