Job Description
· Proactively engage Branch customers on ISDA negotiation.
· Launch new products, including but not limited to relevant guidelines, SOPs, and system testing.
· Ensure the TMU businesses comply with external regulations and internal control/policies.
· Assist in the preparation of marketing decks, meeting materials and business strategic plans.
· Build valued internal partnerships with diverse functions, stakeholders, counterparties and coordinate the efforts from different departments to achieve business goals, such as launching new financial services or products.
· Deliver financial solutions and strategies for both hedging and investment based on market conditions.
· Maintain good relationship with external counterparties and Head Office and share market/product information with the team.
Job Requirements
· Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Business/Finance or a relevant discipline
· Minimum 1-year working experience within the Banking industry, Global Market space (Treasury related)
· Have interest in global markets, including FX and interest rate markets
· Be able to recognize issues, think dependently, and come up with solutions
· Possess good teamwork skills
· Licensed with FMRP and M6 (minimally)
· Licensed with M1A/M1B, M5 and M6A preferred
