Job Responsibilities:
· Project ownership from Pre-Sales through to delivery.
· Point of contact for all deliverables within the projects, meet required quality levels, budgets, and timescale.
· Manage all communications on the projects and attend customer meetings.
· Identify and manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle of the projects.
· Lead and manage both internal and external teams on project work. Monitor and report on progress of the projects to all stakeholders.
· Generate Bill of Material based on the order requirements. Coordinate with various departments to resolve customers' queries.
· Allocation of Engineers assignment according to requirement locally and overseas. Carry out in house testing on new products.
· Liaise with contractors and customers to ensure on time delivery of projects. Attend Local or Overseas Site Survey.
· Attend Local or Overseas Commissioning onboard vessels. Prepare report according to Site Survey requirement.
· Prepare Schematic and Termination Drawing in accordance with requirement.
· Provide technical support to customers.
· Troubleshoot/ isolate faults and repair faults.
· Mentor and Conduct training for new engineers.
Requirements:
· At least 7 years’ experience (Marine and Offshore industry preferred)
· At least university degree or equivalent
. Experience in working onboard vessels
. Experience in Maritime, Offshore project management functions
