Job requirements
- Experience in F&B, especially in bakery, pastry and speciality coffee establishment is a plus.
- Team player, must be able to support in all areas of the cafe.
- Good communication skills, spoken and written English.
- Must be responsible, motivated and have a positive attitude.
Job functions
- Be able to carry out daily operations, opening and closing of the store.
- Ensure efficient and friendly customer service.
- Be able to take personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth operation.
- Communicate with guest and be able to answer all queries.
- Maintain high level of store cleanliness and appearance.
- Prepare hot and cold drinks (previous barista experience is a plus).
- Handle sales transactions.
- Keep track of personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth operation.
