Requirements
1) At least 1 year on IT hardware support
2) Relevant Higher Nitec /Diploma (Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/IT) or higher.
3) Place of Work: SG - island wide
4) Able to commit on standby (24/7) and overtime
Scope of work:
1) Primarily responsible for the post sale maintenance of IBM equipment in customer accounts.Preferable experience in Sys I/X/P system.
2) Provide accounts with total systems support.
3) Acts as the primary technical interface to customers for hardware and software technical support as
required by the customer.
4) Uses advanced technical expertise to conduct problem analysis and problem solving to identify and resolve complex system hardware and software operational situations.
5) Give technical assistance and advice to lesser experienced personnel.
6) Hardware troubleshooting skill for computer systems and peripherals.
7) Able to repair Apple imac hardware and software loading
8)Troubleshooting of Lan and networking.
9) Mechanically incline toward machines.
Additional Information
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm Sat: 9am - 1pm (Rotation standby after office hours) OT will be paid if standby is activated after working hours.
