Technician (OBSTK)

Responsibilities:

• Check for new work order request & update status using client PC.
• Attend to breakdown calls & work orders Request.
• Coordinate Scheduled PM for the following equipment/vendor:

1. Lift System.
2. Fire Protection System.
3. Pest Control System.
4. Clean Room Doors.
5. Clean Room High Speed Doors.
6. Security Card Access & CCTV System.
7. Non GMP AHU & FCU Servicing.
8. Coordinate Scheduled PM for Water Tanks Servicing.
9. Testing of PA System.

• Supervise Vendors for Projects works.
• Assist ISS cleaners for cleaning & shifting activities when necessary.
• Set-up of event town hall together with ISS cleaners.
• Attend all necessary training as arranged by ISS/client.
• Water filters Replacement & servicing of water dispensers.
• Inspection & topping up of Spill kits.
• Emergency eye-wash & showers testing & inspection.
• Fire extinguisher inspection.
• Servicing FAF, PF, CF, MVF.
• Clean Room Facilities Inspection (eg. Lightings, Flooring, Wall, Door Lock, Parameter Seal & Exit, Return & Supply Air Vent, Windows, Piping.
• Cleaning of Clean Room above Ceiling Areas together with ISS Cleaners.
• Assist in Building Annual Fire Drill and Building Annual Power Shut-down Maintenance Activities.
• Inspection of Fireman Access Staircase, UV Light inspection, Emergency light inspection, Toilet inspection.
• Office inspection (eg. Lightings, Switch's, Carpet, Chair's, Table's, Pedestar, Cabinet's, Ceiling Board's.
• Monthly SABA training.
• Support Water Sampling Duty in the plant, training will be provided (scope below).
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Water Sampling Duty (Full Day 8am to 6pm)

• Checking of water sampling schedules (20mins)
• Cleaning of equipment such as trolley and thermostat (20mins)
• Start water sampling (timing for each task):

a) Closed / Manual (30mins)

b) Closed / Auto (HMI) (60mins)

c) Opened / Manual (30mins)

d) Opened / Manual (HMI) (30mins)

• Collect water samples and submit to QC (60mins)
• Preparation for following day labelling and documentation (LIMS) (90mins)
• Top up sampling bottles and flushing two Opened / Manual samples (60mins)
• Check and top up chemical for WWTP and Utility room level 2 (60mins)

a) Additional check and top up if required (60mins)

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans only.
• Minimum GCE O Level and above.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in M&E, general maintenance of aircon and electrical equipment.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and be able to carry loads up to 20kg.
• Fast learner and willing to support colleagues / team members.
• Commitment to work on weekends and PH as per scheduled duty roster.

Work Details:

• Location: Woodlands Industrial Park
• Work Hours: Rostered 5.5 day work week (including weekends & PH), 8am to 6pm (full day) / 8am to 12pm (half day)
• Attire: Uniform provided
