Job Description:

  • Oversee the Order and Receipt Processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Proactively follow up on backorders, coordinating with suppliers to confirm delivery dates.
  • Conduct ordering with a deliberate focus on adherence to established time frames.
  • Timely perform parts receipting processes to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
  • Monitor backorders ETA dates and liaise with suppliers to track and ensure delivery schedules.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in managing logistics-related documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and meticulous work approach.
