- Handle customer inquiry/tender for our products and services
- Process quotation and sales order on day to day basis
- Provide admin support to Sales and Technical Support Team to achieve sales
- Lead and manage assigned tender for submission that meets customer requirement
- Track and report on submitted quotation and tender status
- Monitor and keep clients informed on the progress of order as required
- Lead and conduct Contract Review of an order received from assigned accounts to ensure timely delivery
- Maintenance and preparation of presentation material, product information
- Assist in preparation of management reports on general activities and expected turnover and market trends
- To manage customer feedback and maintain relationship with the customers
- To act as a central point of contact for the customer on assigned orders/jobs and take a pro-active approach to customer liaison
- To facilitate with various department in resolving customers’ complaints and operational issues to achieve customers’ satisfaction
