JOB RESPONSIBILITIES and EXPECTATIONS
· Experience and well versed in all Dental procedures including surgeries
· Assist dentist in all dental procedure
· Support, Train and Supervise clinic assistants on all dental procedures, daily operations and strict infection control.
· Plan and manage rosters for clinic assistants
· Review and improve on the workflow and procedures in the clinic
· Provide and maintain good patient care and services
· Manage the housekeeping of the clinic to ensure its tidiness and cleanliness
· Manage medication, consumables and equipment including ordering and conducting inventory checks
· IT and computer skill
· Good interpersonal skill and leadership skill
· Able to command respect
· Good Team Player
