Job Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and development of digital content while ensuring compliance with brand positioning, brand standards and guidelines.
- Manage the digital marketing campaigns including social media posts (images and videos), digital paid advertising, content marketing (eg. newsletter articles/interviews) according to planned timeline.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition.
- Optimize for SEO/SEM on social media and website.
- Analyse marketing data and insights to optimise marketing strategies and drive continuous improvements.
- Coordinate the production of short Youtube videos by liaising with designer/videographer/freelance creators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in successfully managing and implementing digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Proficient in handling both Paid and Owned media (social, search engines, advertising, performance marketing, analytics and content creation).
- Strong grasp of SEO & SEM best practices with a proven track record in using online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Strong in creative thinking and copywriting.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn.
