Salary: SGD 6000 - 14000
Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day company functions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in overall operational management.
- Foster partnerships with kindergartens to diversify courses, fostering business growth through collaborative ventures.
- Innovate curriculum for preschoolers in Chinese, English, and art, actively mentoring teachers and improving instruction.
- Establish a study abroad team, fostering collaborations with local agencies for comprehensive services to overseas students.
- Operates KRTC tutoring center in Singapore, specializing in tutoring government school curriculum for students.
- Collaborate with kindergartens to deliver engaging art courses, enhancing early childhood education and creativity.
- Provide study abroad services, offering accommodation and hosting solutions to cater to international students' needs.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education course or an equivalent field preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external parties.
- A deep understanding of the immigration and foreign education sectors would be advantageous.
- Expertise in designing engaging preschool curriculum, mentoring teachers for improvement.
- Successful track record in establishing and leading study abroad service teams.
- Familiarity with operating tutoring centers, specializing in government school curriculum tutoring.
- Demonstrated leadership in overseeing daily company operations for efficiency.
- Fluent bilingual communication in both Chinese and English with clients from overseas will be considered an additional advantage.
