Job Scope
- Collaborate closely with the Air Operations Manager in overseeing and guiding the Air Export team.
- Ensure consistent achievement or surpassing of service agreements by the Air Operations staff in accordance with customer standards.
- Supervise day-to-day operational activities and optimize workflow processes.
- Address customer complaints and requirements effectively, presenting corrective action plans when necessary.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Devise, monitor, and implement rotational schedules for the Air Export team.
- Ensure adherence to shipment requirements and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide leadership to the Air Export team, delivering relevant training as required.
- Ensure the prompt and accurate provision of all freight documents to customers.
- Investigate and formulate corrective action plans for non-conformance issues, exceptions, and escalated problems.
- Undertake additional assignments as directed by supervisors or management on a situational basis.
