Assistant IT Project Manager

As part of Keyrus’ solution delivery, we are also in a position to recruit and place technical consultants to complement on existing client projects with their expertise. As such, we seek innovative and agile people to support ambitious and forthcoming technological challenges.


The team in Singapore is currently looking for an Assistant IT Project Manager.


Digital Project & Change Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Works directly with the Program Manager & Project Change Lead
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Prepare change management related slides and communication materials
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary

Digital Project & Change Coordinator and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study. Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
  • Three (3) years of project management experience. Managing ERP projects is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Team-management and leadership skills
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
  • Attention to details even under pressure
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experienced with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Prosci certification is a plus but not compulsory
