Contract Executive
Location: Defu Lane , Hougang
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm
Salary : $2800 - $3100
Job Scope
- To assist in the drafting of customer agreements for the Group on a timely basis
- To conduct searches, collate and verify relevant documents from various parties and ensure completeness of documentation before drafting of agreements
- To maintain proper filing of contracts and safe keeping of original agreements at all time
- To assist and support in providing contract related information to various parties as and when requested
- Preparation of documents to respective finance personnel for accounting purposes
- Scanning and upload the full contracts with all attachments onto ERP Systems
- Create of new customer code.
- To furnish final reminder, initial and commence legal proceeding as according to the Group protocol
- To monitor and follow-up on legal cases until the cases have closed or conclude
- To liaise with lawyers on legal matters
- Arrange to meet up with customers together with Sales personnel to negotiate repayment plans
- To update respective Finance/Commercial/Credit Control personnel on account status on legal related matters
- Any other ad-hoc assignments
Requirement
- Diploma in any disciplines with at least 2 years of working experience
