Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing customer relationships and establish long-term partnerships.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Regularly follow up with customers to maintain satisfaction and enhance loyalty.
- Identify potential cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on existing customer base.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and plans, collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Collect and analyze market information to understand industry trends and competitor activities, provide market feedback and recommendations.
- Ensure timely updating of customer information and sales activity records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, familiar with sales processes and techniques.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to build trust and cooperation with customers.
- Strong teamwork and service-oriented mindset, able to collaborate effectively with different departments to achieve sales goals.
- Good learning ability and adaptability, able to quickly understand company products and market demands.
- Proficient in using office software and Excel, with basic data analysis skills.
- High sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to handle certain work pressure and challenges.
