As a Last Mile Delivery Driver (Van), you will play a crucial role in our customer satisfaction by ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses. You will operate a company-owned van, navigate through diverse urban environments, and interact professionally with customers. This role offers a fast-paced environment with significant responsibility and the opportunity to directly impact our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages according to assigned routes and schedules.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, taking care to avoid damage.
- Navigate through Singapore confidently using GPS and route planning tools.
- Communicate effectively with customers and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
- Obtain signatures or other required documentation upon delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery van.
- Report any vehicle issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Comply with all company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 3/4 driver license required.
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to lift and carry packages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using GPS and route planning tools.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Preferably Singaporean/PR (but all are welcome)
