Project Admin (Shape codes)

Job Scope

1. Inputting and maintaining data in the NiCE system.
2. Ensuring data integrity in both NiCE and NDS systems.
3. Collaborating with the Project Manager to analyze and rectify errors.
4. Checking Production machine limitations and transport mode (Lowbed, Trailer or Lorry crane) before order submission.
5. Analyze shape codes for production and safety compliance. Communicate with RS team and shop floor crew. For complex shape codes, request production bend a sample for customer display
6. Creating new Shape codes in Master Data Files
7. Coordinating with the marketing team for shape code surcharge billing, if needed.
8. Provide extended support to the CAB production team. Address queries from supervisors and IC on the shop floor, coordinating solutions with PMD and the customer.
9. Prepare and support project outsourcing if there is capacity issue.

Requirements

1. Minimum ‘O’ Level with Credit in Mathematics
2. Knowledge in Geometry is a Plus
3. Able to Handle Large Volumes of Data
