Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for walk-in customers in addressing their queries and managing the customer flow as service ambassador at Building Service Centre
- Hand over the System welcome pack and accessories to the residents
- Handling customer's enquiries and feedback and escalate to the relevant parties where needed
- Daily record and status update on residents' feedback
- Payment arrangement for CCS
- Any other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- Prior experience in customer service roles.
- Possesses good communication and customer service skills
- Adaptable and independent to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
- Good attitude and willing to take initiative to respond to customers needs
