- 工作地点: Bedok,Serangoon and Orchard
- • Responsible for the supervision, coaching, on-boarding and monitoring performance of service crew
- • In charge of service staff work roster and planning across outlets
- • Enforce standard operating procedures
- • Manage the cafes to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness
- • Handle all outlet administrative duties and submit all necessary records and paperwork to senior management on time
- • Motivates and directs team members to do what it takes to exceed customer expectations with fast and friendly service and maintain morale amongst the staff in outlets
- • Conduct weekly inventory stock check
- • Proficient in daily operation tasks
- • Willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Driven and passionate about work and a team player
- • Relevant working experience in similar roles in the F&B industry
- • Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Able to multi-tasks and work under
- pressure
- • Work on sales targets and aim to achieve company's KPI
