Project Executive - Backend role / Technical Drawing / Material and Fabrication Work
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary range: $2,200 - $3,500
Location: Potong Pasir // Geylang Bahru
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Sales Team or clients to understand the project
- Prepare tender documents and oversee design & technical drawings preparation
- Conduct necessary site surveys and measurements
- Work closely with Fabrication Team for fabrication works
- Conduct quality check on end products before delivery
- Plan and manage project activities to ensure delivery within schedule and cost
- Sourcing of special materials or props, if required
- Troubleshoot all technical issues pertaining to fabrication & installation
- Other job requirements by Superior
Job Requirements:
- Working Knowledge / Experience of Sketchup and Illustrator
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of material applications
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Able to work OT hours, might be overnight depends on project (with time off)
- Familiar with mall regulations is an advantage
