Job Description:
- Handle sales enquiries
- Prepare proposal and quotation based on customers' requirement and design
- Propose and present conceptual design to customer
- Project coordination and site supervision
- Work closely with subcontractor and supplier to ensure project completion
- Undertake design projects from conceptualization to completion
- Advise clients on space planning and design concepts
- Assist in material proposal and products sourcing
- Travel to project site during renovation period
- Develop and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers on time
Requirements:
- Positive attitude, sales driven and highly self-motivated
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects and timelines
- Able to handle customers' inquires during off work hours or weekends
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Has prior knowledge in Illustrator, AutoCAD or Sketch-up
- Minimum 2 years of relevant interior design and selling experience in the Singapore market.
