Job Responsibilities:
•Plan and execute initiatives to engage public officers who are enrolled in data science & AI training course(s) and ensure continuous and impactful contribution from the alumni community.
•Plan and manage AI training courses through working closely with technical officers to design the curriculum, engage participants and monitor course performance.
•Execute and manage engagement programmes aimed at driving Generative AI adoption across the Government under the guidance of the team lead.
•Develop training courses, workshops, and learning materials that support both the basic Data & AI literacy and applied proficiency skills from basic to expert level in the areas of AI, Machine Learning and Data Science, in partnership with industry and academic partners.
•Review and propose updates to Data & AI competency frameworks and training roadmap for public officers.
•Ad-hoc review of Data & AI products or external trainings to provide inputs to other initiatives (e.g. Bulk tender), team members or partners.
•Provide technical advice to the team on areas such as data pipeline automation, data analysis and visualisation.
Requirements
•Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or equivalent, such as business credentials with a focus on tech.
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Data Science / Analytics / AI work, IT consulting/project management, business analytics, or training/lecturing in relevant subjects.
•Demonstrate some experience in developing training curriculum and/or delivering a training course.
•Confident in public speaking and engaging stakeholders via digital platforms and social networks.
•Understand key concepts in Data Science & AI and good knowledge of the tools and products commonly used by the industry.
