Job Description & Requirements
1. Assist Contracts team in tender administration
2. Assist in preparing contract summary, budget, claims and variation orders
3. Assist to ensure that project contracts are completed and filed on time
4. Assist in taking of Bill of Quantity and costings, sourcing of suppliers
Required skills/knowledge
1. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, etc.)
2. Basic Electrical Engineering Technical Knowledge is a bonus
3. Able to do Material/Labour costing and allocation, and basic Financial and Cost budgeting/allocation and understands basic standard conditions of contract
4. Familiar with basic AutoCad
5. Good English proficiency
6. Proactive and able to meet deadline
7. Team player
