Senior Team Lead at SAMH Creative Hub

As a senior team lead, you will be overseeing the outreach and programme specialist team and ensure that the work is aligned with our vision and mission. You will play a key role in helming centre operations, strategic plan, business development and stakeholders engagement. The team’s functions include project management, programme development, research and evaluation. You will also have opportunities to serve and interact with a wide range of clients to improve their mental wellbeing.


Responsibilities:


Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations, including administrative oversight

• Develop and implement operational systems and service flows

• Ensure budget compliance, manage KPIs and financial reports

• Organize and manage events as part of our strategy in alignement with SAMH's Vision and Mission

• Undertake supervision and performance appraisal


Business development and stakeholder engagement

• Collaborate with internal stakeholder for service delivery and excellenc

• Seek and increase funding source for sustainable service development and continuity

• Foster relationships with external agencies for continual engagement


Strategy Development

• Identify and analyze future trends and historical data.

• Develop a strategic plan/roadmap for SAMH Creative Services, integrating services within a wellness center

• Cascade strategic directions through team huddles, providing timely progress reports.

• Plan and review staff requirements, career progression, and

• Identify, define and implement assessment and measurement tools


Others

• Represent SAMH at suitable engagement and network platforms

• Promote a healthy and cohesive working culture within the team

• Perform any other duties assigned


Requirements

• Relevant degree in business administration or arts management

• 5-8 years managerial/supervisory experience, strategic work, resource management, project management or events management

• Direct work or business development experience in the social service sector is an advantage


Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to operate digital system, Canva and social media platforms is an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across all disciplines and sectors

• Strong analytical, leadership and planning skills

• Passionate about social causes

• Foundational mental health literacy
