Job Description:
● Accounts Payable: prepare payments to suppliers
● Accounts Receivable: monitor and consolidate amounts received from various e-commerce platforms
● Prepare Budgeting: monthly reports of P&L and balance sheet
● Prepare monthly payroll and CPF reporting
● In charge of company corporate taxes
● Handle permits applications in MOM WPOL or EPOL
● Work closely with internal and external stakeholders relating to system enhancement and usability to meet business goals
● Any other ad-hoc tasks and related duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Experience in Beauty industry is an advantage
- HR experience is an advantage
- E-commerce marketplace is a must
- Experience with Regional market
- Familiarity with full sets accounting
- Familiarity with MOM regulations
- Perfect/ Native English and Mandarin speaking required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- IT savvy, experience with Million Accounting Software is an advantage
- Available to start immediately
