With expansion plans, they are looking to hire a System Analyst (.net) to join the team.
about the role
- Manage the technical requirements and technical design aspects of the project.
- Analyse the needs, scope the problem and develop technical use case to address the problem.
- Map and review the business requirements to technical design.
- Document requirements, source and evaluate alternatives, and recommend solution that best fits the needs.
- Work with users to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution.
- Perform analysis.
- Technical Analysis Planning and Monitoring: Identify stakeholders, techniques, and processes to manage, track and trace requirements.
- Enterprise Analysis: Refine and clarify business need, define solution scope, and develop use case.
- Requirements Analysis: Assess current state, analyse stated requirements of stakeholders, and elaborate to sufficient detail that accurately defines business need within specified scope.
- Solution Assessment and Validation: Source and evaluate alternatives to identify solution that best fits business need, identify gaps, and determine workarounds/changes to the solution. Assess deployed solutions to see how well they met the original need.
- Manage conflicts, issues, and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope, communicate and manage expectations of stakeholders.
skills and experience needed
- Minimally Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimally 3-5 years of working experience in a relevant position - .net development & application support.
- Experienced in devsecops processes, agile methodology, cloud technologies, container technologies, knowledge management etc.
- Knowledgable in Singapore's procurement and governance processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications are highly desirable.
