Responsibilities
- To generate new businesses for project works; Fit-Out and A&A Works and etc. for Data Centre.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve set sales target
- To understand market dynamics and customer needs
- Lead and mentor team member to maximize sales revenue and meet sales target
- Travel to meet up with customers
- Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects & follow-up on prospects
- Follow up activities to encourage timely closing of sales
- Prepare costing and quotations to customers
- Coordinate with the technical team on fulfilment of sales contract secured
- Follow through on internal processes to ensure smooth delivery to customers
- Provide regular internal reports to superior to further enhance performance
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical related field
- Min. 2 years relevant sales experience in M&E or IT environment
- Must possess PM roles experience (experience in LIVE DC will be added advantage)
- Must be well versus in M&E system & AutoCAD knowledge
- Able to produce T&C report, SAT report and Test Script based on project/site requirement
- Able to communicate well with both internal & external customers
- Able to lead the engineers/site supervisors to execute the project
- To ensure project schedule/timeline to complete the project on time
- Able to produce project progress report to show to the customer based on weekly basis
- Attend weekly meeting with the customer with updated project progress report that have been produced
- Prefer to have experience for IST procedures
