Job Description:
- Assists in tender preparation, analysis, and evaluation.
- Prepares tender bid for Management’s approval.
- Contract administration of secured projects.
- Responsible for preparing necessary documentation from shortlisting to the award of subcontracts, process including evaluation, comparison, and recommendation.
- Preparation and submission of progress claims to clients.
- Evaluate and prepare progress payments to subcontractors/suppliers/service providers.
- Liaison with client or consultant’s Quantity Surveyors.
- Maintain constant liaison with project staff, especially the Project Director.
- Monitor records and manage all variation orders.
- Provide necessary documentation for preparation of final accounts with the client/subcontractors/suppliers/service providers.
- Always ensure confidentiality and safeguards of controlled documents.
- Possess the ability to negotiate with client’s Quantity Surveyors during final accounts and or as and when any variation order arises.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, and Excel.
- Proficient in PDF measurement or any other measurement software will be an added advantage.
- LTA working experience would be an added advantage.
